Hi, My name is Taffy, and I'm an artist based in the Philippines. I love warm colors and drawing original characters!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork.
2. Your commission may be used for personal use. Commercial is allowed if given permission.
3. Providing reference images for character designs, poses, and colors are highly appreciated.
4. I am allowed to post commissioned work on my personal website or social media and use commissioned work in promotional materials, unless asked not to.
5. You may post commissioned work on your personal website or social media and use commissioned work in promotional materials with credit.
6. I have the right to deny any commission asked of me for any reason, whether I feel uncomfortable doing it or it seems too complicated for me.
7. On average, I will finish your commission in 2 months at the least. I will immediately inform you, the customer, should I not be able to finish it in the expected time.
8. You are prohibited to use my art or commissions as NFTs.
9. You are forbidden to use my art for training AI.

TRANSACTION INFO

1. All transactions will be made in Paypal, PHP.
2. You must send me full payment upon commission.
3. Payment is not refundable once the illustration is agreed to be complete. Refunds are only allowed before I begin the lineart process. If lineless art was commissioned, then refunds are only allowed before I begin the coloring process.
4. Revisions are only allowed during the coloring and sketching stage. After the illustration is complete, revisions are no longer allowed.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be given if I am either:
1. Unable to complete your commission for any given reason.
2. I have not began working on your commission for at least 2 months since you have provided payment for your commission, unless we have discussed that there would be a wait.
